1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using FinanceIQ (finance.brandlino.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service. You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use FinanceIQ.

2. Description of Service

FinanceIQ is a cloud-based financial management platform operated by Brandlino. The service allows businesses and individuals to track income, expenses, budgets, recurring transactions, and generate financial reports.

FinanceIQ is not a financial advisor, tax consultant, or accounting firm. The service is a tool for organizing and visualizing your financial data. All reports, calculations, and summaries provided are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional financial, tax, or legal advice.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You may not share your login credentials with others. Use the Team feature to grant access to colleagues.

4. Subscription and Billing

FinanceIQ offers Free, Pro, and Business subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

  • Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and auto-renew unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days advance notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FinanceIQ to:

  • Engage in any illegal activity or record fraudulent financial data.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security of the service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the service.
  • Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.

6. Intellectual Property

FinanceIQ, including its code, design, branding, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Brandlino. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without written permission.

You retain full ownership of the data you enter into FinanceIQ. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

7. Disclaimer of Financial Advice

FinanceIQ does not provide financial, tax, investment, or legal advice. The platform is a tool for organizing financial data. Any reports, charts, budget comparisons, or summaries generated by the service are informational only. You should consult a qualified financial advisor, accountant, or tax professional before making financial decisions. Brandlino accepts no liability for any financial decisions made based on data or reports from FinanceIQ.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Brandlino makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • In no event shall Brandlino be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of FinanceIQ at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice for material changes. Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt access to the service.

10. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
  • Upon termination, you should export your data before your account is closed. Data will be deleted after a reasonable retention period following account closure.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of FinanceIQ shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address. Continued use of FinanceIQ after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
